Who can order from Hemp Connected?
Licensed businesses that resell hemp products: smoke shops, hemp stores, distributors and other retailers. We do not sell to consumers.
Everyone who orders must be 21 or older. We check date of birth on every order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: 1 lb per strain, ordered in whole pounds. You can mix as many strains as you like.
How does pricing work?
Every product is priced per pound, and the price is shown on the menu.
Shipping is a flat $50 per pound on top, so a 5 lb order adds $250 for shipping. Your invoice confirms the final price and availability.
What about larger orders?
For orders of 20 lb or more, our team calls you to go over the details.
Do you offer private label?
Ask us. Send a private label inquiry and tell us what you have in mind.
The menu
What is THCA hemp flower?
It is the dried flower of the hemp plant. THCA is a compound found in raw hemp.
Products are sold as hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill: each batch is represented by its supplier as containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.
THCA hemp flower can convert to delta-9 THC when heated, and it may cause a positive drug test.
How fresh is the menu?
The menu only shows this week's and last week's arrivals, nothing older. Weeks run Sunday to Saturday.
Sold-out lots drop off the menu, and new drops appear as they arrive, with the supplier's photos and videos when they are supplied.
What do the product codes mean?
Each code shows which farm a lot came from and when it arrived. Take T9V3-XC:
- T9V3 is the farm.
- X is the month it arrived, as a Roman numeral (X is October).
- C is the week of that month. A is the first calendar week, B the second, C the third.
What do Bigs, Mids and Smalls mean?
They are size grades for the buds in a lot. Bigs are the largest buds, Mids are medium and Smalls are the smallest. Each grade is listed and priced on its own.
Payment and shipping
How do I pay?
Payment is by invoice once we confirm your order. We review your order request, confirm availability and email you an invoice. Your order ships once the invoice is paid.
How does shipping work, and what does it cost?
Orders ship direct from our supplier partner's warehouse once your invoice is paid, and we email you the tracking number. Shipping is a flat $50 per pound.
Someone 21 or older should be available to receive the delivery.
Where can't you ship?
We do not ship to Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas or South Carolina. South Dakota is being confirmed, so we cannot ship there yet.

What is your return policy?
Sales are final once an order ships, and we do not accept returns, opened or unopened. If something arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We review it and replace or refund the affected product.

Can I get a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes. You can request the certificate of analysis for any batch, and we forward the supplier's lab report for that batch. Request a COA
