These notices apply to every product sold by Hemp Connected and to every page of hempconnected.co.

1. Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to enter this site or buy from Hemp Connected.

We ask every visitor to confirm their age, and we check date of birth on every order.

2. Wholesale only

Sales are to businesses for resale. Every order is reviewed before it is confirmed.

We sell to licensed businesses that resell hemp products. We do not sell to consumers.

3. Hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill

Products are sold as hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill: each batch is represented by its supplier as containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.

4. THCA

THCA hemp flower can convert to delta-9 THC when heated, and it may cause a positive drug test.

5. Drug testing

THCA hemp flower may cause a positive drug test. Anyone subject to drug testing should take this into account.

6. FDA disclaimer

These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

We make no health or medical claims about any product, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

7. Keep away from children and pets

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery after use.

8. Lab reports

You can request the certificate of analysis for any batch, and we forward the supplier's lab report for that batch. Request a COA

9. Shipping restrictions

Destination rules reflect our supplier's shipping map. Laws change; confirm your local rules before ordering.

We do not ship to Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas or South Carolina. South Dakota is being confirmed, so we cannot ship there yet. Where we ship

10. Buyer responsibility

Buyers are responsible for knowing and following the laws of their state, county and city. We do not ship where our products are not allowed.

If you resell our products, you are responsible for following the rules that apply to your sales, including age limits and labeling.

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Hemp laws differ by state, county and city, and they change. Talk to your own lawyer about the rules that apply to your business.
