Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship hemp flower to every state and the District of Columbia except the restricted destinations below. In 33 states we can ship flower but not vapes; we do not sell vapes.

2. Restricted destinations

• We do not ship to Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas or South Carolina.
• South Dakota is being confirmed. Until confirmed, we do not ship there.

We cancel any order to a restricted destination. If the rules for a destination change, we may stop shipping there and cancel affected orders, refunding any payment.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat $50 per pound. It is shown on your order request and your invoice. A 5 lb order ships for $250.

4. How orders are fulfilled

We do not hold inventory. After your invoice is paid, our supplier partner ships your order direct from its warehouse.

5. Tracking

We email you the tracking number when your order ships.

6. Delivery

Someone 21 or older should be available to receive the delivery.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot change it once the order ships.

7. Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery under our Returns and refunds policy.

8. Your responsibility

Buyers are responsible for knowing and following the laws of their state, county and city. We do not ship where our products are not allowed.
