Terms of sale

1. Who we are

Hemp Connected sells THCA hemp flower wholesale through hempconnected.co. Our supplier partner ships orders directly from its warehouses.

"You" means the business placing the order and the person placing it on the business's behalf.

2. Wholesale sales only

• We sell only to businesses that buy for resale, such as smoke shops, hemp stores, distributors and other retailers. We do not sell to consumers.
• The person placing the order must be 21 or older. We ask for date of birth on every order.
• You must hold every business license and resale permit your state, county and city require, and give us accurate details. We may verify them before we confirm an order.

3. Order requests and confirmation

An order you send through our website is a request, not a contract. We review every request, and we may ask for more information.

A sale is made only when we confirm your order in writing, by email or by sending you an invoice.

4. Prices, minimums and shipping charges

• Prices are per pound, in US dollars, as shown on our menu when you send your request.
• The minimum is 1 lb per strain, in whole pounds.
• Shipping is a flat $50 per pound.
• Our menu follows our supplier's live stock, and prices can change. The price and availability on your invoice are final for that order.
• If any taxes apply, they are shown on your invoice.
• For orders of 20 lb or more, our team calls you to go over the details.

5. Payment

Payment is by invoice. We email the invoice after we confirm your order. It states the amount due and how to pay.

Payment in full is due before your order ships. If we do not receive payment, we may cancel the order and release the product.

6. Availability

Lots sell out, and the menu can change between your request and our confirmation. If we cannot fill all or part of your order, we tell you and do not invoice for what we cannot fill. If you have already paid for it, we refund it.

7. Shipping, title and risk of loss

Orders ship direct from our supplier partner's warehouse after payment, and we email you the tracking number.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

Someone 21 or older should be available to receive the delivery. We do not ship where our products are not allowed, and we cancel any order to a restricted destination. See our Shipping policy.

8. Your compliance responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for knowing and following the laws of their state, county and city. We do not ship where our products are not allowed.

• You are responsible for the licenses, permits, registrations, taxes, labeling, age checks and other rules that apply to your business and to your resale of our products.
• You will not resell our products to anyone under 21, or into any place where they are not allowed.
• You will not make health or medical claims about our products.

9. Our right to refuse or cancel

We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, before it ships. Reasons include:

• the destination is restricted, or the rules there are being confirmed;
• we cannot verify your age, business or license details;
• the product is no longer available;
• a price or description on our site is wrong;
• we suspect fraud, or a breach of these terms or the law.

If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.

10. Product information

Product names, descriptions, photos and videos are supplied by our supplier and are representative of the lot. Hemp is a natural product, so individual buds vary in size, color and appearance.

Bigs, Mids and Smalls are bud size grades.

You can request the certificate of analysis for any batch, and we forward the supplier's lab report for that batch.

11. No medical claims

We make no health or medical claims about any product, and nothing on our site is medical advice.

These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

12. Returns

Sales are final once an order ships. We do not accept returns, opened or unopened, except for damaged, missing or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns and refunds policy.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in these terms, and to the extent the law allows, products are sold as is, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your resale of our products, your breach of these terms or your failure to follow the law.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the seller is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page when you send an order request applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest update.
