Addresses: Shipping and business addresses.
Date of birth: To confirm that the person ordering is 21 or older.
Order details: The products and quantities you request, invoices and payment status.
Messages: What you send us through our forms or by email.
Technical data: IP address and browser details recorded by our hosting provider, which we also use to block spam and abuse.
Analytics: We do not run analytics today. If we add basic analytics later, such as pages viewed and device type, we will update this policy first.

2. How we use it

to review wholesale applications and verify businesses;
to verify age;
to review and confirm orders, send invoices and arrange shipping;
to answer messages and lab report requests;
to keep the records tax, accounting and other laws require;
to protect our site and customers from spam, fraud and abuse.

3. Who we share it with

Our supplier partner, which receives the name, shipping address, phone number and order contents it needs to ship your order.
Service providers that run our email, database and website hosting, and the team messaging tools we use to receive orders, only to provide those services to us.
A payment processor, when one handles your payment.
Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized.

4. We do not sell personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site saves a few items in your browser's local storage so it works as you expect, such as your age confirmation and the products in your order list. They stay on your device, and you can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and business records for as long as we need them to fulfill orders, meet tax, accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We delete messages and applications that do not lead to an order when we no longer need them.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and the site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information: use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep.

Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights. We honor them as the law requires.

9. Children and minors

This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
